My client is an independent firm of solicitors with offices in Basingstoke and Fleet, Hampshire. Offering a full range of legal services for individuals and businesses they have been providing legal advice for more than fifty years.

They are now looking to appoint a full time or part time Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience in Basingstoke.

Role 

This is a busy Legal Secretarial role, working directly for a Partner within the Conveyancing department. 

If you are used to handling Conveyancing work and thrive in a high paced environment then this role could be for you.

Candidate Profile and experience:

  • Experience in the Conveyancing process
  • Accurate typing skills  - for documentation and financial statements. To include both copy typing and digital dictation
  • A fine eye with attention to detail
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Polite and professional communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
