Our client is a leading global practice with offices in over 20 jurisdictions and a full service, long established London practice. The firm's corporate practice currently has openings for several corporate solicitors, at various levels, to join its growing team.

An excellent grounding in corporate M&A as well as venture capital is essential. Experience of working on Private Equity transactions would be an advantage. For the more experienced role, corporate applicants will need to be UK qualified with experience gained at a leading firm in London.

The corporate team can offer a breadth of work across a range of industry sectors though the firm is recognised for its work with clients in the energy, insurance, fund and TMT sectors. Clients include many of the world's largest companies, including a significant proportion of the Fortune 100, FTSE 100, DAX and Hang Seng Index companies together with global leaders in major industries.
