Locum Litigation Lawyer

A private practice in Surrey requires a Litigation locum Lawyer to join them on a part time basis for a couple of months. The role is due to start shortly so candidates need to be available immediately or at short notice for 2-3 days a week.

The workload will encompass a range of litigious matters to include:

• Commercial litigation
• Probate litigation
• Property Litigation
• Contentious Employment
• Contract disputes
• Consumer issues
• Neighbour/boundary disputes

Candidates with a broad litigation background are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates are likely to have significant experience in handling a full litigation caseload without supervision. Previous locum experience will be of benefit but not a pre-requisite.
