Our client is a global technology business which provides consultancy services to an impressive client base. These clients range from globally recognised brands to small, local companies across a wide range of industries and sectors, including Aerospace, Automotive, Food, Healthcare and IT. They are looking to hire an experienced commercial lawyer to join an established and reputable legal team.

Based in Chiswick, you will assist the team by providing legal support to the company on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters with a focus on intellectual property and information technology. You will be expected to draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements including IT contracts, service agreements, content licencing and procurement contracts. You will also lead and manage commercial projects as well as assist with and advise on data protection and competition law.

You will be an experienced and well trained commercial or corporate lawyer, ideally with a background in IP and IT. Excellent academics including a 2.1 degree classification are a prerequisite for the role. You will have circa 3-6 years' of post qualification experience gained in a leading law firm or reputable in-house legal department. You must be a commercially astute individual who has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
