Our client, a media and advertising company, is seeking to recruit a Head of Legal (Media) for a three month contract (scope to extend and/or go permanent).
You will be managing a junior team and assisting business units to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, negotiating agency-client agreements, dealing with contracts for the procurement of media goods and service, protecting and maintaining intellectual property rights, compliance, and data protection.
The apply for the role, you will be a senior commercial lawyer with at least 10yrs PQE, have extensive experience of media planning contracts, and have media planning and buying experience.
