A rare opportntitity has arisen to join the commercial litigation department of a leading Legal 500 firm in Northampton. The right candidate will ideally be an Insolvency Litigation Solicitor with a strong focus on commercial litigation matters within this area. 

You will ideally be a qualified solicitor, with between 1 to 5 year's PQE within commercial litigation matters. Ideally this time would be spent within insolvency based work. You will have exposure to dealing with registered insolvency practitioners, business owners and other stake holders dealing with this highly complex area of work. 

You will ideally be coming from a regionally leading Legal 500 firm or city based practice. You should have a strong academic record and you will ideally have trained within a firm famed for commercial litigation and more specifically insolvency litigation work. This is a rare opportunity to commit fully to this high value work area, as well as working with 3 of the region's top insolvency litigation solicitors and partners currently.
