Senior Residential Property Conveyancer.
Our client is a recognised full service law firm with 5 offices throughout the South East region including Kent & Berkshire and the London West end.
The Tunbridge Wells practice is seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join the current team of three other qualified fee earners.
The department provides a full residential property Conveyancing service.
The ideal candidate will present with solid residential property experience and the appropriate qualification(s).
The work to include:
**Sales & Purchase
**Leasehold & Freehold
**Re-mortgaging
**Transfer of equity
**Shared-ownership, New Build & Auction Sales
The ideal person for this Residential Property Conveyancer position will be commercially aware, ambitious and driven, and adept at marketing & business development.
