A Top Tier Legal 500 firm based in Cardiff are recruiting for a Team Leader to join their Specialist Personal Injury Department.
The Specialist Personal Injury department represents clients who have suffered injury either as a result of an accident or from a harmful product.
You will manage the Fast Track team of paralegals processing claims and you will manage your own case load of fast track personal injury claims including RTA, EL & PL work.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of the personal injury litigation process with an emphasis on the portals and fast track work. Team leading experience is essential.
The role would suit either a Solicitor/ Chartered Legal Executive or a Senior Paralegal with similar experience.
