Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking to appoint a corporate lawyer to join their office in South Africa. The firm are known for being one of the top law firms in Africa, dealing with a broad range of legal solutions. They are also known for their prestigious awards and corporate teams worldwide, who have been recognised as a top spot individual from legal 500 and many other law firm ranking websites.
Our client is seeking a corporate lawyer with 1-5 PQE. You will have experience in both public and private M&A, joint ventures, capital markets and private equity. You will be dealing with sophisticated and practical advice on structuring, negotiating and documenting complex and innovative local and cross-border transactions. with both national and international clients. Excellent academics and previous experience in a leading law firm are a bonus. You will need to have a very strong m&a background and be South African admitted as attorney.
