Residential Property Lawyer.

An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Lawyer to join a specialist property firm based just outside the City of London. 
 
This practice has gone from strength to strength over the last few years and having established strong agent relationships, they have consistently grown and seen a steady increase of work coming in to the firm. As specialists in property they cover a full spectrum of work, from conveyancing through to real estate development and property litigation. 
 
There is now an opportunity for you as a Residential Property Lawyer to join this firm's head office based a stone's throw from the city. You will be asked to handle a busy but good quality residential property caseload including: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions and re-mortgages. 
 
To be successful in your application, you will possess the following attributes:
  • Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Experienced handling your own residential property caseload without supervision
  • Strong client care skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
