Planning Solicitor - Partner/Senior Associate.
 
Our client is a leading national law firm looking to appoint a senior level planning solicitor into the Manchester office.
 
Focus is now being given to growing the planning team and as such an appointment, ideally at Partner level is sought.  You will ideally have a good track record in planning with a strong regional or national law firm, being used to supporting the real estate and corporate teams.  You will have good business development skills and already have a good network in the North to allow you to continue to grow the business within this leading national law firm.
 
The beauty of this role at partner level particularly, is that a following is not essential. The firms' client base is such that it can support this hire, allowing you to tap into the firms' resources.  What the firm does need is a planning solicitor with the drive, interest and technical expertise to allow the planning practice to grow in terms of work and team levels.
 
Whilst an existing planning solicitor at partner level is ideal, consideration will also be given to a senior associate who is ready to make the step up to partnership either now or in the near future.
