The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Residential Property Lawyer for a CQS accredited team based in the Barnet area. With the technical conveyancing expertise and knowledge to manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions from inception to completion, the successful Lawyer will ensure high levels of client care and service at all times. Areas may include: sales and purchases; unregistered land; remortgages; new builds; shared ownership and; transfers of equity. Previous case management experience will be essential for this position. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE;
You will be technically proficient with solid experience in all aspects of residential property;
You will have outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be IT literate with particular expertise using case management systems;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be personable, professional and detail orientated.
