Corporate Solicitor - Senior Appointment- Partner level

Our client has a strong corporate presence as a national law firm and is keen to continue to build on growth in Manchester with the appointment of a senior corporate solicitor into the highly successful corporate team.

The corporate team has grown in size and profitability and the appointment of a further senior corporate solicitor will assist with established and new client wins both nationally and internationally.  The team handles a high level of international work and dependant upon experience at senior associate or partner level you will run these transactions or assist across a broad mix of work such as M&A, capital markets, and general corporate advisory.  The role is varied and interesting in that you will advise start up companies through to big brand PLC's.

You may already have a significant profile in the local market and want to join a national firm with a true international stretch and be part of the success and ambitious growth plans.  You may be a senior level solicitor who is blocked from achieving partnership in the right time frame and is ready to step into a partner level role, now or in the near future.  The appointment is such that the firm wants you to have the platform to make a credible start in the market either at senior associate or partner level.
