An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a leading Chambers and Legal 500 recommended firm in East London.
This medium sized firm have an 120 year history, with several offices across East London and Essex. They have a stable team in place with many of the existing staff having trained at the firm, but have now reached an exciting stage in their development and are in a position to recruit across a number of different departments. This is evidenced by the recent opening of a new office and with another planned for the beginning of next year.
As a result there is a particular need for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join. You will be asked to handle a full caseload of residential property matters without supervision including: sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, shared ownership and enfranchisement matters.

- 3 years' PQE+
- Independent and able to run your own conveyancing caseload without supervision
- Capable of marketing yourself and generating new business
- Used to working with a wide variety of clients including high net worth individuals
