Your new role
My client is looking for a civil litigator to join their growing team in central Bristol. You will act for clients on contract, consumer and property disputes, managing conduct of the claims from the initial assessment stage through to final hearing and beyond to enforcement where appropriate. You will provide a professional service to clients by delivering timely and accurate advice, as well as managing expectations.

Within this role, you will need to provide accurate and clear legal advice, managing clients' expectations, explaining decisions and the steps in the claims process clearly and succinctly, and ensuring clients are treated fairly at all times. You will undertake a mixture of pre-litigated and litigated files, with a focus on contract, consumer and property disputes.

About You
This is a great opportunity if you're ambitious and eager to make a career for yourself. You will ideally have civil litigation experience, gained from a private practice or in house/legal expenses insurer background: qualified solicitors, legal executives or paralegals are encouraged to apply. A property disputes background would be highly beneficial. LPC or BPTC's graduates with experience or candidates with legal helpline advisory experience are also encouraged to apply.

This role offers excellent benefits, with the opportunity to work from home one or two days a week. The hours are 9am - 5pm.
