Fantastic opportunity for a 4yr+ PQE Private Client & Trusts Associate to join a leading pan-offshore law firm in Grand Cayman.
Our client, one of the most innovative and highly regarded offshore law firms, is recruiting an experienced Private Client Associate to join their highly ranked team in Cayman.
The team advises trustees, settlors, beneficiaries, protectors and enforcers on all aspects of non-contentious trust law including complex trust structures for estate planning and asset protection purposes, the use of STAR trusts in investment fund structures, establishment of private trust companies (PTCs) and ongoing regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have broad expereince gained at a leading law firm in Trust, Probate and Private Client work. The right candidate will have excellent academics and as this is a client facing role, strong business development skills and a high level of business acumen.
