Personal Injury Fee Earner/ Solicitor

Our client, a specialist Personal Injury law firm based in East Lancashire are seeking to appoint a Personal Injury Fee Earner.

The role will involve handling your own caseload of Litigated and Non Litigated Personal Injury matters covering; RTA/ EL/ PL from Instruction to Settlement, assessing liability & quantum and managing the files within the CMS.

The successful applicant will possess experience within Personal Injury and be able to demonstrate knowledge of all stages of the litigation process. Experience within Holiday Claims/ Sickness would be advantageous but not essential. Additionally you will possess excellent IT and communication skills and be comfortable working to tight deadlines and in a target orientated environment.
