Ambitious Family Lawyer sought for dynamic Law Firm in Essex.
THE FIRM
Our client is a highly reputable Lexcel accredited law firm with multiple offices scattered within the region. The office is ideally situated in a historic town in Essex which is surrounded by boutiques and noted for its excellent transport links. The firm is staffed by expert lawyers who practice a wide range of legal services and have a built up an enviable client base due to their professional and client focused approach.
THE ROLE
This successful Family Lawyer will take on a broad role handling a variety of public matrimonial cases including divorce; domestic abuse; separation; cohabitation; ancillary relief; pre-and post-nuptial agreements and; civil partnerships. Additionally, the successful lawyer will take on a diverse work load consisting of all children matters which may include special guardianship; child care proceedings and; child abduction. Advising clients through delicate stages of court proceedings and encouraging mediation where necessary, the Family Lawyer will effectively represent clients in court as required. You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid family experience.
You must have expertise in legally aided family matters.
