Newark branch of esteemed law firm seeks motivated Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal

THE ROLE
Based in its Newark branch, we are recruiting a Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal for our client to work on New Build matters. Duties will be in residential conveyancing and will include: managing own caseload; outstanding client and fellow staff communication at all levels; compliance with risk and quality management procedures; drafting contract documentation; exchange and completion lifecycle work; marketing and new business; usage of case management systems; and working to tight deadlines. Status as a Licenced Conveyancer would be advantageous but is not essential as further training where necessary will be provided. Alternatively, experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal would be highly suitable in applications to the role.
