Private Practice Berkshire based law firm established for over 120 years specialising in Litigation, Family, Corporate Commercial, Commercial & Residential Property and Inheritance Protection.
The firm are seeking a Senior Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to work with a 2 Partner team in Maidenhead. The role will have a specific focus on growing the practice with view to becoming Head of Department.
The Family department specialise in:
** Financial issues resulting from a breakdown of relationship through/divorce/cohabitation dispute or civil partnership drafting Prenuptial, Post=nuptial and Cohabitation agreements.
** Acting for children or parents in care proceedings including providing representation in cases involving children abduction and other child law matters.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills and be naturally adept at remaining under pressure. You will also be a natural networking and keen at Marketing the firm and Business Development generally.
