A well-established, Legal 500 law firm in Mayfair are looking to recruit a NQ Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing Property department.

The firm are a reputable legal firm operating from modern offices in Central London and Surrey.
This position is available on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Newly Qualified Solicitor, you will work directly with clients and partners, providing support and assisting the residential development team on site acquisitions and refinancing matters. Your duties will include Land Registry applications, collating documents, pursuing replies and instructions and preparing title packs.

You will be proactive and committed to offering outstanding services to clients. You will have a good academic record and previous residential property experience is essential.

The ideal candidate:
- Must be a qualified solicitor
- Will have minimum of 12 months solid experience handling Residential Conveyancing matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Will be willing to get involved and be a team player
- Advanced IT skills with a great knowledge o f MS Office and Outlook
- Be able to work efficiently under pressure
- Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable; capable of meeting financial targets
- Have a personable and a confident manner
