Conveyancing Paralegal - Macclesfield - Residential Conveyancing Paralegal with new build experience looking to join one of the North West’s leading firms of solicitors, employing 150 people across all areas of the legal profession.
This well established and highly regarded private practice based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, are looking to recruit a residential conveyancing paralegal to join a specialist New Build Team which forms part of a highly successful residential conveyancing department. You will be part of a small team dedicated to providing a first class customer service experience to clients referred to the business by a dedicated group of property professionals.
You will likely be a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal with ideally previous experience in handling new build transactions. Knowledge/experience of the ProClaim case management system is highly desired. As you will regularly be speaking to client’s, developer’s and other agents it is essential you have strong communication skills - both written and verbal. Experience of Land Registry Portal and Electronic Document Registration; Lender Exchange and Help to Buy is preferred
The firms offices are commutable from: Macclesfield, Congleton, Wilmslow, Manchester, most of East Cheshire
Salary: Circa £20,000 plus benefits which include discretionary bonus, 29 days holiday (including bank holidays), death in service benefit and pension.
