Property Litigation Solicitor 1 - 3

A leading national firm with one of the most comprehensive UK networks is looking for a property litigation solicitor to join their real estate team. This firm has significant expertise in the insurance, health and real estate sectors and pride themselves on offering specialist advice to some of the UK's largest institutional clients and household names.

Your new role
In your new role you will be supported and overseen by the knowledgeable management team. You will have tracked personal development, and all team members must possess a can do' approach. You will be expected to take on a client facing role from the outset.

You will provide expert advice over a range of areas, including public liability and property damage, property subsidence, property recovery and fraud recovery.

You will be able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day to day issues and be able to demonstrate a reasonable level of self-sufficiency, combined with an awareness of the boundaries of your own competence/authority.

To succeed in this role you will ideally hold around 1 to 3 years post qualified experience. NQ's may be considered in this role if you have attained substantial property litigation experience during your training.
