THE ROLE
This is an opportune time to join a team of dedicated Residential Conveyancing Lawyers at a firm performing strongly in property services. Our firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer from a Solicitor, Legal Executive or fee-earning Paralegal background to work on residential conveyancing matters including: re-mortgages; transfers of equity; buying and selling property; and council property purchases. The role will involve managing your own caseload from instruction to post completion and the right Lawyer will benefit from a supportive work environment with the opportunity for career development.

To be considered for this role:
You must be either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or fee-earning Paralegal with experience in the residential conveyancing sector.
You will be technically highly proficient.
You will have strong client care skills.

You will be flexible in your work with a focussed approach to delivering excellent results.
