Commercial Property Solicitor

I am delighted to be recruiting for a top tier Legal 500 firm with offices in London and Surrey. They are now seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) to join their accredited Property team in the Cobham office.

As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in general Commercial Property work such as leasing and acquisitions & disposals. You must be able to effectively build up rapport with clients and be able to work well under pressure. There will also be times when you will need to travel to the London office as and when required.

The role will require you to deal with leasing, acquisitions, disposals and secured lending. Naturally, you must provide an excellent service in representing the firm and be willing to aid in business development.
