RTA Litigation Executive.

A Top 200 specialist personal injury firm based in Manchester are looking to supplement their RTA team with an experienced RTA litigation executive. 
 
The firm specialises in all areas of personal injury including road traffic accidents, public liability, occupier’s liability, employer’s liability, industrial disease, serious injuries and clinical negligence matters. Due to continued success within the market they are seeking an RTA litigation executive with experience handling pre-litigated matters (both on and off the MOJ portal) as well as litigated matters. 
 
You will be responsible for handling a caseload of non-portal matters and progressing them through the litigation process and to trial or disposal hearing as necessary. You will have at least 12 months’ experience handling a fast track RTA caseload, including litigated matters. In return our client will provide you with a personalised training plan to help you develop and progress. There is also the potential to earn a monthly bonus in accordance with their bonus scheme.
