This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a strong regional firm. They are looking to recruit an ambitious solicitor to take on a varied caseload of commercial property matters to include related business matters.
The firm has built very strong relationships with their clients over the years and are respected for their friendly, efficient service, ensuring that the transaction is dealt with as quickly as possible with client care at the heart of their approach.
Your caseload could include acting on behalf of local developers, negotiating contracts and leases and dealing with all forms of commercial property working closely with the client offering a tailored service.
