A reputable regional practice is seeking to appoint a property litigation solicitor to join their team.
Our client has a strong litigation division renowned for its expertise across a number of disciplines. They are seeking to appoint a property litigation solicitor around 2-4 years post qualification experience to work alongside their senior partner.

You will join a firm known for being run as a strong business, with deep links to clients and a forward thinking commercial approach. You will work as part of the property litigation team which is going from strength to strength, working alongside knowledgeable solicitors who can provide ongoing support to a property litigation solicitor looking to develop and progress.

You will handle a caseload of matters to include complex land and property related disputes to include contested lease renewals, disputed dilapidation and service charge claims, boundary disputes along with lease termination, trespass and nuisance.

Ideally you will have between 2-4 years’ experience as a property litigation solicitor. You will have a passion for this area of law along with the desire and ambition to progress internally. A track record of developing business and helping supervise more junior team members would be desired but not essential.
