Corporate Operations position to address all temporary staffing requirements across Integreon businesses in UK – fulfilment to include direct recruitment and staffing through agencies.

Our 2,000+ associates work globally to support our demanding clients, in areas such as market and competitive intelligence, discovery, legal process outsourcing (LPO), operating model transformation and back office redesign. We also excel in business support services such as IT, document processing, human resources and finance .

 

  • Partner with location business leads (for all practice areas or support groups) to understand hiring requirements  that align forecasting
  • Decide on recruitment channel – Direct or through Agencies
  • Manage the end-to-end Direct Recruitment Process:
    • Develop candidate sourcing strategy: Advertising, build/maintain candidate base, headhunting, match candidates to vacancies leveraging professional search tools as applicable
    • Manage recruitment process: Application workflow, shortlisting – interviews/tests, pre-employment steps like references, communication with candidates and business leads and issuing all direct temp contracts and submitting all recruitment compliance including but not limited to right to work in the UK to HR before the temp starts work.
  • Manage the relationship and end-to-end process with Temp Staffing Agencies:
    • Manage contracts with Temp Staffing Agencies
    • Communicate requirements and program manage fulfilment with agencies
    • Provide on going inputs to agencies as required (hours, etc.)
    • Manage invoice approval process
  • Execute on an entrepreneurial  approach to work and ‘own’ projects
  • Effectively prioritize work and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders – business leads, vendors and candidates
  • Professional and approachable, imaginative, motivated and optimistic.  Able to work well under pressure
  • Conscientious and thorough, with close attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills including time and work-load management.  Able to anticipate and react well to changing instructions and circumstances
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commercially aware, demonstrating interest in and understanding of the outsourcing market and our practice areas along with the factors influencing them
  • Comfort in using Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.  Visio preferred.  Ability to adapt quickly to new technology

Previous Experience/Educational Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a recruitment consultant with exposure to our practice areas (especially Legal Services) highly desirable.
  • Educated to degree level
