Your new role

This commercial litigation role will see you handle an interesting mix of disputes work that will include warranty, shareholder and partnership disputes as well as mainstream contractual litigation. You will also be involved in defamation cases, some professional negligence matters as well as commercial fraud.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 3-4 years' pqe, good technical skills and strong academics. You should be someone who is able to and is motivated by providing a top quality client service.
