RTA Paralegal, Burnley - A leading, specialist personal injury firm in Burnley is seeking to expand its RTA team due to an influx of work. They are seeking an RTA paralegal to join their ambitious, full service, Lexcel accredited practice.
Our client is looking for an experienced RTA paralegal to join its personal injury department and handle their own caseload of pre-litigated matters, including portal and non-portal. There is potential for you to handle litigated files. Ideally you will have experience working as an RTA paralegal handling a caseload of 100-150 RTA files, both on and off the MOJ portal. Litigation experience would be beneficial.
