- You will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 4 years'+ PQE in Personal Injury
- Able to manage cases from instruction through to settlement
- Comfortable delegating work to support staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to show empathy but remain professionally detached
- Ability to prioritise own caseload
- Computer literate
