Wills and Probate Fee Earner

Sue Ross Legal have been instructed by a well known, leading, regional firm of Solicitors to recruit an experienced Wills and Probate Fee Earner.

The role will see you handling your own full, mixed caseload of Wills and Probate files, but the firm is looking to expand the range of services that the department offers, to include more complex areas including Court of Protection work etc.  Due to this, we are looking for applications from either qualified or highly experienced non-qualified Fee Earners who also have experience of conducting business development in order to be able to generate new work for the department.

As part of this role you will also be supervising other fee earners including occasionally a Trainee Solicitor.
