Commercial Property Disputes Lawyer - Manchester

Chadwick Nott are now recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Disputes Lawyer to join our client, a leading international law firm to be based in Manchester.

Our client is a leading international law firm who have a network of offices across the globe, predominantly providing legal services in corporate, finance, litigation, real estate and tax.

The Commercial Property Disputes team cover a wide remit of work for their clients, who include property developers, owners, property institutions and retails. The work includes rent reviews; dilapidations; forfeiture of leases; service charge disputes; landlord & tenant disputes; real estate related insolvency; trespass; JV disputes; rights of light, amongst other areas.

We are looking for a Commercial Property Disputes Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE gained with a city or large regional practice, with the ability to demonstrate good commercial awareness.
