Contract Manager EMEA (m/f)
to be located in our clients Brussels office and working in their IP, Software, Data and Technology practice group
You will draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, such as confidentiality, license, distribution, vendor, alliance, development, and technology service agreements as well as helping to further refine and manage the legal contracting process for the firm's software and technology related services. Furthermore you will give legal advice to colleagues on IP related matters and how best to structure business arrangements with clients, knowledge development partners, and others. You will also support firm leaders in business discussions and managing relationships with external vendors and advisors.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a team of outstanding professionals. All of our client's employees are expected to possess an outstanding academic history as well as a blue chip professional background. You are a legal professional with a degree in law and at least three years' professional experience acquired at an international law firm or linked to the legal department in a multinational company. You are familiar with legal terminology and procedures as well as fluent in English with the ability to draft and negotiate contracts in this language. Fluency in another European language such as German is advantageous. You possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work together with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
