Senior Manager- Legal

My client, a leading Pharmaceutical business is seeking a Senior Legal Manager to join their established and highly regarded legal department on a permanent basis.

This fantastic opportunity covers a broad range of legal and compliance matters, interfacing with a range of stakeholders.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

* Supporting the Director and other members of the team to ensure comprehensive support for the EMEA's Market Access and Market Research, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs

* Being involved in product launch planning, implementation and promotions

* Interacting closely with healthcare professionals, influential decision makers and third party service providers

* Generating and negotiating agreements

* Supporting the development of legal and compliance policy positions in relation to business activities and delivery of training programmes

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, holding a minimum of 4 years PQE*. A scientific background or prior exposure to working within the Life Sciences remit will be essential however this can have been gained either in private practice or In House.

You will need to hold a commercial view when advising on legal matters and risk whilst being able to work collaboratively with other members of Legal, both within EMEA, USA and other markets together with internal client business partners.
