Commercial Property Locum Solicitor

An expanding high street practice in Sussex requires the assistance of a Commercial Property Locum. The role is to start in September and is likely to last for three months in duration.

The successful candidate will be required to have experience in handling a full range of Commercial Property matters without supervision. Matters you will be handling will include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
• Commercial leases, lease extensions and assignments
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Overage and option agreements
• Licences
• Commercial developments
• Some property finance matters

Due to the urgent nature of the role, candidates are likely to be immediately available or available at short notice.

Previous experience as a locum lawyer will be of benefit but it is not a pre-requisite.
