Solicitor 5 years PQE – Hertfordshire – £50k to £60k DOE

Well established Hertfordshire firm offering flexible working arrangements seeks an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor as part of their continued expansion. A competitive salary of £50,000 to £60,000 is on offer alongside a pension scheme.
The successful applicant will have full conduct of a caseload of commercial property matters with the support of a Legal Secretary. The caseload will be varied and will focus on acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties and landlords and tenant matters.
The firm is has a progressive approach and can offer flexible working arrangements. The office is well situated and easily accessible by train.
Whilst applications will be considered from Commercial Property Solicitors of all levels, this role would be best suited to a Solicitor with 5 years + PQE.
