Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a leading international law firm.
Our client is looking for a Paralegal to join their Capital Markets team in Bristol. This leading firm has won an impressive array of awards and has offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
The purpose of the role is to obtain approval of prospectuses for offers and listings of securities on stock exchanges across the European Union. Additionally, you will provide support to the fee earners in the Capital Market group by providing assistance with listings including drafting, reviewing and proof-reading legal documents.
To be considered for this position, you must be a Law Graduate with a first or upper second class degree or equivalent. Ideally, you will have 12 months' paralegal experience and will have completed the LPC.
