The right Associate will use their strong experience in commercial property to manage their own caseload and work on rewarding files involving freehold and leasehold transactions and landlord and tenant matters. THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role:
You will be a qualified Solicitor with around 5 years’ PQE gained within a reputable commercial property department;
Your training background and progression will be excellent;
You will be experienced in a range of freehold and leasehold transactions;
You will be adept in landlord and tenant work;
You will have a strong track record of academic success;
You will thrive in a busy work environment.
