Aberdeen office of a large multi-site full service law firm seeks a corporate solicitor to join their thriving business. Noted on the Legal 500 this large full service private practice seeks a corporate solicitor to join their thriving business. 
 
The team acts for SME’s, OMB’s, Directors, entrepreneurs, investor's funds and banks providing advice on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters including business sales and purchases, mergers, start-ups and bank funding as well as general commercial contracts advice.
 
Due simply to strong performance and solid growth they are looking to recruit a corporate solicitor or an associate and anticipate the successful candidate(s) to have up to 6/7 years PQE.  Candidates at newly qualified level may be considered but must have had a corporate seat during their traineeship.
