This premier offshore law firm has a leading reputation in the Channel Islands. The firm's successful Guernsey based corporate team acts for an impressive range of international clients, and in partnership with onshore advisers, advises on corporate and commercial matters, including corporate acquisitions and disposals, investment fund establishment and regulation and financing transactions, as well as acting for local businesses.
The corporate team is looking to recruit a further talented common law qualified corporate lawyer to be based in Guernsey. You will have a strong academic, training and professional background, and have gained experience in a top tier UK, Scottish, Irish, Australian, New Zealand or other international law firm. You will have gained good M & A experience, and be looking to specialise in offshore corporate work.
