Our client is looking to expand their leading finance practice by hiring a 2 PQE+ derivatives/structured finance asset backed lawyer on an interim basis to work with their clients. The successful candidate will be working across a variety of transactions. The role would ideally suit a 2 PQE+ derivatives lawyer who have strong transactional experience of repo/securities lending.
