Head of Ethics and Compliance - UK and Ireland - Pharma

One of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies now seeks an experienced compliance officer to lead on compliance and ethics for their UK and Ireland business.

This key role will provide leadership and support across the business on the implementation and interpretation of policies, training, investigations and monitoring (including ongoing risk management and the audit and improvement of procedures). The role will oversee and manage healthcare compliance (including the ABPI and IPHA codes), compliance with the FCPA and UK Bribery Act, as well as contributing to wider business projects and initiatives. 

The role requires very strong existing compliance experience gained from a similar life sciences/ pharmaceutical/ biotech organisation including policy implementation and creation, training and monitoring as well as experience of both abc and healthcare/ pharmaceutical regulations and codes. You will also be an excellent communicator and team player and be able to operate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
