The team undertakes a wide range of County Court and High Court litigation and the department is led by a Partner who is a qualified commercial mediator and also a Solicitor Advocate. You will have the opportunity to get involved in dealing with all kinds of contractual and commercial disputes, insolvency, professional negligence, property related disputes and debt recovery.
