Costs Paralegal
We have a great opportunity to work for a well-established law firm in Greater London. Our client is looking for Costs Paralegals to join their Costs Department in Head Office. The firm have a significant hold over the UK market and are known to be a successful, stable and target-driven firm throughout the legal industry.
Main responsibilities
- Processing files
- Processing of Legal Aid bills
- Assisting with payment of invoices
- Processing of bills
- Liaising with third parties and chambers
- General administration of documents – filing, scanning and archiving
Job requirements
- Minimum of three A Levels (C or above) or equivalent
- Numerical accuracy & attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work & meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate with particular competence on Word, Excel and Outlook
- Self-motivated and able to display a professional and positive manner at all times
