Now rapidly expanding its property team based in its office in Northampton, our firm is hiring an Agricultural Property Solicitor.
THE ROLE
Our firm is experiencing growth in its agriculture division and consequently, it is in a strong position to hire an intellectually able property Solicitor with experience or interest in agriculture. Your duties will consist of managing your own caseload and work on unregistered land transactions will be involved, so experience in this area is essential. The ability to learn the business sector’s property work will be required, in addition to an intellectually driven approach to delivering client management. Applications are welcome from newly-qualified Solicitors who have excellent academics and who can demonstrate good training in property transactions matters. Equally, applications are welcome from more senior Solicitors with property transactions experience. THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role:
You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE;
You will have experience and good training in property law;
