Your new role
Working in a specialist team - the role encompasses most of what you would expect including business sales & acquisitions, commercial agreements, IP, company formation, administration & management, employment lay, joint ventures, shareholders agreements to name but a few - you will be busy and enjoy variety in a dress down environment where you view is valued.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be a NQ solicitor and undertaken a seat in commercial/corporate law. Any experience in corporate/commercial law is desirable. Importantly, you will be seeking something completely different and forward thinking and be driven to succeed and enjoy the success of your hard work.
