THE ROLE
This role is suited to a Senior Corporate Commercial Lawyer to undertake a challenging and demanding case load of corporate and commercial matters. The successful Corporate Commercial Lawyer will expertly advise clients on banking and finance; mergers and acquisitions; franchising arrangements; disposals; debt services; commercial contracts; distribution; Intellectual Property Infringement; business expansion and; reorganisations. Ideally, the Corporate Commercial Lawyer will have their own client following and the ability to sustain strong commercial relationships which are essential, whilst developing new clientele within the role will also be expected. You will:
Be a Legal Executive, Senior Corporate Solicitor or Corporate & Commercial Solicitor ideally with a strong client following.
Be commercially aware with knowledge of the Northampton and Milton Keynes marketplace.
Be highly personable with solid networking skills.
Be technically proficient with an interest in business development.
