This is a well regarded US law firm, seeking a junior US qualified capital markets lawyer with strong high yield experience to join its esteemed banking and finance team.

Role

  • Focus on high yield offerings as well as leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.
  • Advising financial institutions and large corporates on a variety of capital markets transactions, bond restructurings and US securities law matters.

Requirements

  • 0 to 3 years' post-qualification experience
  • US qualified
  • Experience in high yield
  • Excellent academic record

Salary

£135,000 to £165,000 excluding bonus and COLA.
